Grow a Garden Series: Starting your own Seedlings

This session will address what you need and need to know to start your own seedlings for your garden.  Choose a veggie to plant and take home at the end of the workshop.

Grow a Garden Series: Our Grow a Garden Series is for anyone wanting to grow a garden to increase your sources of healthy food.  You can attend one or all!  If you have the resources, we ask for a suggested donation of $10 per class to support Nutrition Center programs, or attend all three in the series for $25.  Don’t let that stop you from registering.  All sessions are at the St. Mary’s Nutrition Center (208 Bates St., Lewiston).
